The case for localised transformation

During the discussion, Brian makes a case for a more targeted approach to BSS transformation for CSPs. He argues that, rather than pursuing a full-scale BSS reset, CSPs should identify which modules and capabilities truly need upgrading to cloud-native standards and which can remain in their existing state for the interim. Adopting this more nuanced approach could expedite a CSP’s transition to cloud-native systems.
