TORONTO, Canada – November 18, 2015 —Sigma Systems, today announced that they have completed the implementation of a cloud-based automated provisioning solution for the Polycom® RealPresence® Group Series video collaboration solution.
Sigma Systems has successfully developed and deployed a SaaS-based provisioning system that allows Polycom to automate the activation of their Group Series Video Collaboration end points. Polycom RealPresence Group Series provides enterprise-grade video, content-sharing and HD-voice collaboration experiences, accelerating decision-making and fostering innovation. This new provisioning software will reduce the manual steps involved with activating new devices, by easily allowing technicians to push all of their basic activation data within an easy-to-use and automated interface.
