TORONTO, Canada – December 8, 2014 —Sigma Systems, the leader in catalog-driven Idea-to-Install products, today announced successful go-live of Sigma Provisioning across Tiscali’s entire triple play offering.
In addition to launching MVNO on Sigma Provisioning in late 2012, Tiscali now have flexibility and control over delivering any products to their customers. Over several months, Sigma and Tiscali have worked together to ensure a successful migration of the operator’s subscribers onto the Sigma platform. New products and services can now be launched even faster than before.
“The seamlessness of this go-live is testament to why we selected the Sigma Provisioning platform to work amongst our other network systems,” said Salvatore Pulvirenti, CIO at Tiscali. “The ability of our two teams to cohesively plan the migration and the overall reliability and flexibility of the provisioning platform will bring Tiscali strong returns in future years.”
“All of the hard work put forth from both teams is a testament to our growing success as an organization,” said Tim Spencer, President and COO of Sigma Systems. “Seeing the benefits our customers achieve from our provisioning product is very rewarding and the reason we will continue to invest to maintain our leadership position as the top catalog-driven provisioning platform available in the marketplace.”
