Through its partnership with ONLINE Information Services, Hansen will offer an integrated, real-time credit risk assessment, and Red Flag compliance tool, to their customers. The ONLINE Utility Exchange will utilise application data entered in Hansen’s platform to verify the applicant’s identity, return an accurate deposit decision according to the utility’s policies, and highlight the applicant’s previous payment experiences with other utilities from ONLINE’s unique national Utility Exchange database. The integration with Hansen CIS is scheduled for completion by the end of 2024.
