March 23rd, 2021 – Hansen Technologies (ASX:HSN) is pleased to announce that the County of St. Lucie is now live with the company’s latest release of Hansen CIS . The county, part of the state of Florida, provides water services to rural residents in the county and has been a long-standing customer of Hansen since 1992.
Equipped with enhanced user interface (UI) configuration capabilities and an expanded integration framework, Hansen CIS enables North American utilities and municipalities to manage the full customer service and revenue lifecycle for water and energy services. The solution offers convenience and ease-of-use to streamline and coordinate billing operations with a secure, low cost of ownership. It also eliminates the need for expensive hardware purchases, while taking advantage of the latest secure technology maintained by Hansen – thus reducing operational risk.
Furthermore, the County of St. Lucie will also benefit from new reporting capabilities enabled by the implementation of Hansen Business Intelligence – thus allowing a level of granularity into billing operations, in order to provide a higher degree of service to the customer base.
John May, CEO, Americas, Hansen Technologies, commented: “With the partnership between Hansen and the County of St. Lucie now spanning close to three decades, we could not be more proud to support them as strategic partners, as they look to chart a transformational path forward for all customers and the residents of St. Lucie.”
The go-live at the County of St. Lucie follows the recent successful go-lives of Hansen CIS at the City of Mesa, the City of Charlotte, the City of Columbus and the City of Regina.
