June 2, 2015 – Hansen Technologies Limited (ASX: HSN) today announced that BT Group PLC (BT) has renewed their license agreement for the use of Hansen’s Billing and Customer Care platform. The license allows BT to provide B2B billing for their key wholesale customers.
Under the terms of the contract, BT will continue to utilise Hansen’s billing platform to provide a fully managed billing service for their customers. The platform enables them to offer their clients complex billing models such as flexible override discount billing, as well as multi-line and ISDN billing.

BT required a feature-rich, stable and flexible platform that could support their client’s growing customer base. Hansen’s solutions and services include comprehensive functionality for mass market and complex C&I billing, full hosting capability, and ancillary services such as bill print management & process management. This enables BT to continue to support their client with minimal risk and no impact to the end customer.
