For over 12 years Hansen’s Customer Care and Billing solution has provided the power and flexibility to solve Xcel Energy’s scalability, multi-jurisdiction, and integration challenges. As one of North America’s largest energy providers, Xcel Energy uses the Hansen Utilities platform to support more than 3.5 million electricity and 2 million gas customers across Colorado, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas and Wisconsin.
