BILLING

  • Finance – Transfer, manual debit/credit, or reverse charges with rule based thresholds for supervisor verification. Subdivide financial activity before posting to the General Ledger.
  • Billing – Various billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, bi-monthly and annual) are supported. Accounts can be organised into a hierarchy; Financial Transactions can be redirected to a parent account to be paid by another customer. Multiple Prepaid payment models supported.
  • Invoice Processing – Both Balance Brought Forward and Open Item invoicing supported. Create as many Invoice runs as needed, detailed criteria allows you to segment which customers are billed when.
  • Payment – Payments can be from a bank (electronic transfer), booked manually, or taken immediately using a credit card payment gateway. Products can be automatically activated upon the payment being received.
  • Arrears – The Arrears/Collection handling supports different steps in the collections process to turn off services in a priority order, send late notifications, charge late fees, calculate interest, non-pay soft disconnect a customer and finally disconnect a customer.
  • Rating – Advanced and highly flexible rating capability including the ability to rate based on a wide range of criteria: call type (e.g. voice call, text, data), origination, relationship, day, time, etc.

  • B2B Operations – supported through settlements, reports and business roles. The various business roles include Product Providers, Distributors, Service Providers and Dealers.
  • Queue – Queues can be setup to support outgoing sales calls or arrears and collection handling.
  • Correspondence – Issue case management is tracked through the use of Contacts and iterations of each contact are stored.  Predefined correspondence can be sent upon a specific request or in bulk.
  • Workflow Management – Statuses of Agreements, Products, Work Orders and Shipping Orders can be updated automatically upon completion of related entities through Agreement Sequencing.
  • Document storage integration – Documents stored in a third party system can be linked to the customer to provide information regarding signed contracts, printed invoices, and work order agreements

  • Business Intelligence – ICX Business Intelligence is a set of pre-created databases, measurements and dashboards that are built specifically on your billing and customer care business processes, enabling you to monitor performance and providing the information needed to make critical decisions quickly.
  • Data Analytics – Analytic dashboards and reporting enable users to slice and drill-into multi-dimensional data on an ad-hoc basis to analyse information.
  • KPI Tracking – The ICX BI Data Marts contain measurements that may be used to retrieve key business and customer information.  All KPIs and metrics are based on industry standard definitions.
