Antti Merilehto approaches future success factors like artificial intelligence, machine learning, digitalisation and change in organizations pragmatically, providing concrete examples and tools for innovative companies to make the best use of these elements. Merilehto worked at Google's European headquarters in 2012–2014, when he was responsible for training medium-sized offices in Finland. Currently, he serves as Country Manager at Finch Finland.

Reino Huusko is the CEO of Loiste Energy. Loiste uses Hansen’s MDM/EDM solution GenerisCX, energy analytics service UtilyticsCX and our customer care solution EnoroCX. This gives Loiste internal synergies and enables them to create an even better customer experience.

Tomi Turunen works as Sales Manager for Pohjois-Karjalan Sähkö (PKS). who will be implementing multiple HansenCX solutions in the near future. PKS have already successfully used UtilyticsCX Insight data analytics for some time and will implement UtilyticsCX Meter and Energy in autumn 2019, before launching the EnoroCX customer service and billing system in 2020.

Head of IT EMEA, Kim Dalsgaard brings over more than 25 years of work experience within IT and Service Management. 
Previously, Kim held several senior roles at Danfoss before he joined the hosting company Outforce as CTO. Here he was responsible for operating & improving the IT-infrastructure and business critical applications for various customers - and building an IT Security and compliance department implementing GDPR.

Global Chief Architect James Clarke has spent the last 25+ years with Hansen Technologies; working across our range of HansenCX products suite around the globe. From On-Premise, Hybrid and Cloud Solutions James is renowned for his expertise in large scale project delivery, converting technical / project challenges into successful outcomes.

Riku is one of the most experienced comedians in Finland. He´s been doing stand up from 1993. A fact that makes him automatically funny. And maybe just a little too sure of himself. Outside of Finland, Riku has performed in L.A., London and Dublin. Riku is an actor, writer, director and stand up-comedian. He’s worked for 15 years as assistant director of Helsinki City Theatre, as artistic director of both Hämeenlinna City Theatre and Tampere Worker´s Theatre, the TTT.

Millhill Big Band will provide an exquisite taste of luxury and old-fashioned dance glamour to Hansen Connect. Conductor Kimmo Leppälä, a versatile clarinetist, saxophonist and composer, is the principal clarinetist at the Lohja City Orchestra, and a graduate of the respected Sibelius Academy in 1990. The band has performed at countless festivals since 1990, including the Imatra Big Band Festival, Baltic Jazz Festival, Sysmä Summer Sounds, and the Helsinki Water Festival.
