Hansen Technologies, a leading customer care & billing solution provider, with customers in over 40 countries, identifies Latin America as a key growth region for the company, said CEO Andrew Hansen. Hansen provides the backbone for an international base of pay media, MVNO and energy companies.

With a sizable customer base already in the region and experienced staff in Argentina and Brazil, Hansen is confident that our solutions will find traction in the Broadcaster and Telco segments. Hansen’s billing platform for cable, DTH, head end in the sky and DTT pay TV operators, Intelligent Customer Care “ICC”, integrates with the broadcaster’s ecosystem supporting a full range of features that result in ARPU growth and reduced customer churn.

To help spearhead the initiative, Hansen has appointed industry executive Giovani Henrique as VP of Sales for Latin America. Giovani will be focused on growing Hansen’s footprint in the region through new customer acquisitions as well as organic growth within our existing accounts.
